We have a 7-day replace/refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replace or refund for product. Replacement/Refund is only for physically damaged or dysfunctional item No other reason for refund can be entertained in any case.Customer satisfaction is always our priority. We will process your request as soon as possible. For the replace/refund process kindly follow the following guidelines:
To start a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name, order (invoice No) number and proper reason to return. We will start your return process and pickup will be scheduled for your product. When the product reaches our warehouse, we will check it for any physical damage.
1.In case of refund, money will be returned by any one of the following modes (Paytm, NEFT, IMPS, UPI transfer etc.) provided by customer.
2.In case of replacement of the product a new prepaid product will be shipped to the customer.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Courier Charges
No return charges will be levied in case of replace or exchange of product but in case of refund, courier and COD handling charges will be levied to the customer. All products are returned by Delhivery courier services.
